West Madison Bible Church is an independent, non-denominational Christian Ministry. People from various church backgrounds attend this fellowship. One of our goals is to effectively teach the Word of God to you. We want you to know what the Bible teaches and how to apply Biblical truths to your daily life.
You will discover that our praise and worship service is not very formal, nor is it into "religion." We sincerely seek to meet with God: to honor His presence, to better understand and obey His Word, and to know Him better on a personal basis. We trust the praise and worship service will help strengthen your relationship with the Lord. |
Pastor Daniel & Shirley Kukasky
When Pastor Dan first saw Shirley, he told his best friend - "See that girl, that's the girl I am going to marry!" God had a plan! A year later they were married! After being married for one year, Dan joined the Navy and spent nine years serving his country. During that time, Dan and Shirley started attending a Bible-believing church and Dan accepted the Lord as his Savior. Shirley was already saved at the age of 16. During a revival service, Dan surrendered his life to full-time ministry. After finishing his Navy tour they moved to South Carolina where Dan attended Bob Jones University to prepare for the ministry. Dan pastored two churches during his college years - Trinity Baptist in Homer, Georgia and Victory Baptist in Liberty, South Carolina. After receiving a call from the leadership at West Madison Bible Church, the Kukaskys candidated at WMBC. The church vote was unanimous to have Dan as its pastor and he and Shirley have been at WMBC since May of 1985. They have three children, two sons-in-law and five grandchildren. Jan & Sherrie Holesovsky - Deacon/Adult & Children's Education/Worship Team/Helping Hands Garden Jan is a deacon at WMBC as well as a member of the team of teachers who provide instruction for adult Sunday school classes immediately following the morning worship service.
